Why am I not receiving the scheduled reports in my email?
If you are not receiving the scheduled reports, first check if the reports are scheduled in the dedicated section. If the reports are scheduled and the preference to receive the reports is set in the admin panel, this means you should be receiving them in your mail, so please also check your ‘Spam’ folder before doing anything else. If it’s still missing, please reach out to our support team and they will investigate the issue.
The option to schedule the reports is available for all of our users. For cluster and hotel level reports you need to go to the excel option and choose between Download or Schedule.
Once you click on Schedule, you will need to fill the following preferences and wait for the report to arrive on your selected day/week/month etc:

To get a hotel-level report, you will need to select a specific hotel by clicking on it, once clicked, the data of the selected hotel will appear with the option to download it.

The data of the selected hotel will appear with the option to download a report or schedule
In the same pop-up, the option to schedule a report for the selected hotel will be available. So once you click on Schedule, you will need to click on the ‘New Report’ button, fill in the following preferences and wait for the report to arrive on your selected day/week/month/year:
