Out of range message explained
The system shows Out of Range for the records that have not been scanned yet (Out of date range).
For example, by default, FornovaCI picks the prices for the most common search: 2 guests staying in 1 room.
In such a way, we want to give you an option to check what the potential clients see when they are looking for the most common search.
So, the data for the search criteria "2 guests" is presented for you:
But when you change the number of guests (for example, to 1 guest), you get the "Out of Range" result since the scanning based on the mentioned criteria (1 guest) was not performed and the data for it is not available accordingly:
To get the data for the new search criteria (not the one that is stated as a default), you need to select the new criteria and click on the "On-demand" scan which is situated near the Last updated line.
For example, in order to get the data for the single occupancy, we need to select "1 Number of Guests" and click on the "On-demand" option:
This action will run the on-demand scan for the new search criteria and within several minutes you will get the new data based on your search criteria.
Kindly note that the on-demand shop provides you with the ability to refresh the data for a specific filter selection: Comp-set, Source, POS, Price, LOS, No. of guest, Room Type, and Meal Type.
