How does FornovaCI classify different room types?

In some cases we will see different names for similar room types. In this case for each type of room, we have words that define what room type it is, and if we detect this word we will classify this room to be the relevant one. For example, if we will detect the word: "Superior" we will classify it as a "premium" room.
