Visibility page: What do we mean by No data / NA and Out of range?

On FornovaCI the visibility for each day will be shown as a daily item on the calendar view and the colour shown for each day gives an indication of your position compared to your competitors. 

Types of visibility 

On CI, visibility is classified as: Your position vs your competitors (if available), No data, Not Available, and Out of Range.

Your position

We show your position vs your competitors, ranging between high, med-high, med-low and poor

No data

The system will show 'No data' whenever you are sold out or if we don't have any positions for the brand hotel and any of its competitors for the selected day. 

 

N/A 

When we show N/A it can mean two things: 

1. We didn't extract the data from the scan, meaning the hotel was found on the pages that the system scanned. 

2. We didn't extract the data at all, this is often due to a technical issue. 

 

 

Out of range

The system shows the out of range message for the records that have not been scanned yet there for it is out of the date range.
