What is Root Cause Analysis (RCA)?

Every parity issue has a root cause and can be classified either automatically by us, or manually by the user. Parity issues can be classified by category, type, and sub-type according to the table on the next page. 

Where to find RCA?

To see the detailed root cause classification, navigate to the detailed shop page and simply click on the shop. Select the final tab by scrolling right 'Classify root' to see all details. 

This information can also be found on the detailed shop list under the 'classified' tab. 

Important to know

Not all parity issues will be fully classified with a category, type and sub-type at this time due to the volume of issues discovered each day. Over time, additional auto-classifications will be added and the compliance team will continue to perform more manual classifications so you can expect to see more details over time.
