Rates Page: What do we mean by sold-out, no data, N/A and out of range?
On FornovaCI the rates for each day will be shown as a daily item on the calendar or list view and the rate shown for each day gives an indication of the customer hotel rate on that day.

Types of Rates
On CI, Rates are classified as: The rate itself (if available), Sold Out, Not Available (N/A), No Data, Out of Range.
The Rate itself
The rate itself will give you an indication of the customer hotel rate according to your chosen filters.

Sold out

The system will present Sold Out whenever we found data while we were scanning the hotel and the data is not available. For example: when we find your rooms on Expedia or Booking, but all the rooms are sold out.
Not Available (N/A)

The system will show N/A whenever we could not extract any data from the scan. Usually, N/A would be shown if we filtered on CI for specific filters (Room Type, Meal Type, No. of Guests).
For example:

The day 23rd Dec. with Room Type = Premium level.

It means that during the scan we didn’t find any Premium level rooms for Ascott Jakarta hotel.
N/A indications:
When we have N/A it’s an indication of two possibilities:
-
The scan ran successfully, but we didn’t extract data for this specific filter (Room Type for example).
-
The scan ran successfully, but we didn’t extract data at all, this is often due to a technical issue.

No Data
The system shows No Data whenever you are Sold Out for the Customer hotel and its competitors as well.
Out of Range
The system shows Out of Range for the records that have not been scanned yet (Out of date range).
