Rates which the OTA received from the hotel
Cluster
To allow flexibility, FornovaDI allows the chain to group hotels into clusters that aligns
with the chain’s management course.
For example, clustering can be based on managerial grouping, brands or any other
classification the chain will need. A hotel can be associated with multiple clusters.
Region
The hotels in the chain classified into geographic regions that can be used to filter
data and report on. A hotel can be associated with only one Region.
3rd party rates
Rates that the OTA received from a 3rd party source, such as a wholesaler for example. An example of this is Booking Basic. A 3rd party ship will be flagged with an icon, seen in the grid view and on the shop.
Trend compared to
By default, your DHS trend on the home page is compared to an average of
the DHS compiled from all of Fornova’s DI customers On FornovaDI’s hotel level
additional comparison benchmarks are available such as:
• Comparison to Country

• Comparison to Hotels in chain
Status
This field is the test reservation status – the field is requested if the user already sent
manual request for test booking.

Sort
Sort measures by best or by worst first
