HRS – displayed rate type

When FornovaDI compares prices between the brand and OTAs (HRS is one of them), we always want to compare like for like. 

After deep investigation, we saw that HRS presents a price that is not consistent because of the visitor tax which is not always included in the total price.

For example:

1. The visitor's tax is not included in the total price:mceclip2.png

(Please notice visitors tax of 2.88 Euro for a person is not included in HRS):

For those cases, we found the Brand site is in parity with HRS:

As the visitor's tax is not consistent for all properties/countries, FornovaDI takes the “total room price (incl. taxes)” as the total price, So the customers can see when there is an issue with the price in HRS.
